The Keel family, made up of longtime Madison residents, has owned and managed office space since the 1960s and created Keel Family LLC in 1995.

We provide a well-maintained building with the management style of a small, family business. Acting as both the owners and managers of the building allows us to streamline communication and action with tenants.
